Jill worked for 21 years in the area of employer sponsored superannuation with AMP, Watson Wyatt and Mercer HR Consulting. She qualified as an actuary in 1991. Jill was a councillor for ASFONZ (now Workplace Savings) for over 6 years. At the end of 2006, Jill ceased working in the industry full-time and moved to rural North Canterbury. She continues to have an active interest in superannuation and financial issues generally
